Shipping & Payment

1. Payment

All orders are fully pre-paid at the time of placement. We do not offer cash on delivery or deferred payment.

We accept bank transfers and online payments via the details provided in the order confirmation message sent to you through your chosen contact method (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, or phone).

2. Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, you will receive a message via your selected communication channel with payment details and order confirmation. Payment must be completed within 48 hours to secure your order.

3. Delivery Area

We deliver throughout Ukraine using Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or courier services depending on the item type and your location.

International shipping is available on request — please contact us before placing an order.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within Ukraine: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom or ritual candles and made-to-order items: 5–14 business days (production time applies). An estimated date will be communicated after your order is confirmed.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Exact shipping cost will be confirmed in your order message prior to payment.

6. Packaging

All items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Candles and fragile items receive special protective packaging.

7. Issues With Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or you have not received it within the expected timeframe, please contact us at with your order details and photo evidence (if applicable).
