By accessing or placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. About Our Products & Services

Studio offers handcrafted ritual candles, program candles, spiritual consultations, learning materials, and related products. All items are created with care and intention.

We make no claims that our products cure, treat, or prevent any physical or mental health condition. Products are intended for spiritual, ceremonial, and personal development purposes only.

3. Ordering

By submitting an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, in which case we will notify you promptly.

4. Payment

All prices are displayed in UAH (Ukrainian hryvnia) or USD depending on your settings. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Full pre-payment is required before an order is processed. See our Shipping & Payment page for details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an order before payment has been made at no charge.

After payment, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours for standard in-stock items. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–10 business days.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, product descriptions, logos) is the property of Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our products or content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine.
